Cambiando un poco el depre-ship, les dejo la recomendación musical de la semana. Se trata de uno de mis artistas favoritos, John Legend.
No lo conoces??? Es muy probable, no se toca mucho en Chile, en realidad, casi nada. Con suerte Radio Zero lo habrá programado alguna vez, pero lo dudo. MTV lo tiene en cartelera con sus temas más "poperos", pero escuchar el álbum completo "Once Again" es un lujo.
Un negro con voz de bluesero y virtuosismo pianístico notable, con tremenda capacidad de fusión musical, donde mezcla sonidos del funk 70ero, la onda disco, el pop de los 90 con percusiones afro y drum & bass, coros sutiles y seductores, hip hop y baladas.
Creador de una atmósfera retro, pero vanguardista. Ideal para sentarse a escuchar con los ojos cerrados y dejarse llevar. Seguro que unos de estos temas te evocará y se hará parte de tu banda sonora. Pura fusión retrodiscojazzhiphopbaladsoulafro que deja con gusto a poco.
